Winter Session runs from November 24 to March 7, 2015
The recreational gymnastics program is available to grade-school and middle-school students from 1st grade and above. Recreational classes teach foundational gymnastics skills and movement patterns on boys and girls apparatus, emphasizing personal achievement and skill-based lesson progressions. The rec program offers both beginner- and intermediate-level classes as well as specialist classes for gymnastics apparatus (e.h. trampoline, tumbling, men's gymnastics, etc).

Parent-Tot Class
For young gymnasts between 18 months and 3 years old.
Parent-Tot class introduce our very youngest gymnasts to gymnastics apparatus and movement patterns for the first time with the supervision of a parent or guardian. Classes are conducted by a senior instructor to help parents and caregivers provide safe, effective instruction.

Tiny Tots
For students aged 2 to 3 years during the Fall Session. Students must be potty-trained.
Tiny Tots is intended for toddlers, many of whom may never have taken formal classes at an organized program. Tiny Tots classes work to develop basic physical awareness and balance as students learn how to run, jump, climb and land.

Young Mini-Stars
For pre-school students age 3-4 years during the Fall Session.
The Young Mini-Star class build on the Tiny Tots lesson plans with additional structure and instruction. Students learn basic gymnastics techniques and terminology in addition to balance and coordination exercises to gain confidence and self control.

Mini-Stars
For students entering Kindergarten during the Fall Session.
Mini-Stars is an entry-level class with emphasis on fundamental gymnastics movements, balance, coordination and gymnastics terminology. This class incorporates some basic strength and flexibility exercises, as well as regular challenges to help students build confidence and body awareness.

"Super" Mini-Stars
For selected students entering Kindergarten during the Fall Session
Super Mini-Stars is an intermediate-level class, improving upon skills learned in Mini-Stars while strengthening foundational skills for future progressions. Super-Mini Stars may progress to Fast Track or other intermediate-level classes or to pre-team classes the following school year. A coach's recommendation is required to enroll in this class.
