45 min class. Parent-Tot class introduces our very youngest gymnasts to gymnastics apparatus and movement patterns for the first time with the supervision of their favorite adult. Classes are conducted by a senior instructor to help parents and caregivers provide safe, effective instruction. |
Young Mini-Stars.
Co-ed. Ages 3 ½ to 4 ½

45 min class. The Young Mini-Star class is our first opportunity for toddlers to take class without an adult caregiver. Students will get their first introduction to gymnastics skills and terminology while working to develop basic physical awareness, balance, and coordination through running, jumping, climbing, and landing. Previous formal class experience in an organized program is not required. |
Mini-Stars
Co-ed. Ages 4 ½ to 6
(Pre-School and Kindergarten) |
60 min class. Mini-Stars is for girls and boys aged 4 ½ to 6 years old who have not yet started first grade. Students learn basic gymnastics skills and terminology, in addition to balance and coordination exercises to gain confidence and self-control.

Beginner/Advanced Beginner (BAB)
Co-ed. Ages 6 to 9

60 min class. The Beginner/Advanced Beginner Class is intended for girls and boys entering 1st through 3rd grade. Students learn basic gymnastics skills and terminology, in addition to balance and coordination exercises to gain confidence and self-control. |
Girls Fast Track 1
Girls Only. Ages 6 ½ to 9
(1st, 2nd and 3rd graders) |
90 min class. This is our entry level of Girls Fast Track. This intermediate-level class builds on skills learned in Mini-Stars or BAB as students progress to more advanced gymnastics skills. It is intended for girls entering 1st through 3rd grade. By tryout, teacher recommendation &/or consent of Instructor. |
Girls Fast Track 2
Girls Only. Ages 6 ½ to 9

90 min class. This is our second level of Girls Fast Track. This intermediate/advanced-level class continues to build toward more advanced gymnastics skills with focus on developing fundamental skills and technique and can serve as a stepping-stone towards competitive gymnastics or cheerleading. It is intended for girls entering 1st through 3rd grade who are interested in more of a challenge. By tryout, teacher recommendation &/or consent of Instructor. |
Girls All-Stars 1
Girls Only. Ages 9 and up
(4th grade and up) |
90 min class. Entry level (beginner/intermediate-level) gymnastics for girls in 4th grade and up. Students progress through basic to eventually more advanced gymnastics skills and terminology, in addition to balance and coordination exercises. |
Girls All-Stars 2

90 min class. This is our second level of Girls All-Stars. Pre-Team – COMMITMENT IS 2X PER WEEK
Girls Only. Ages 6 and up |
120 min class twice weekly (4hrs per week). Advanced level class that serves as an introduction to competitive-style gymnastics training with an enhanced focus on fundamental skill building and proper technique for girls interested in joining a competitive gymnastics team. Class will be divided into 2 age-groups (Junior: 6-8 year olds/Senior: ages 9 and up). Commitment is 4hrs per week. While this is not a formal competitive team, skills from the entry-level competitive routines will be introduced and there will be additional exhibition opportunities. By tryout, teacher recommendation &/or consent of Instructor. |
Beginner Tumbling & Trampoline.
Co-ed. Ages 7 and up

60 min class. Emphasis on general tumbling skills used in gymnastics, tumbling, and trampoline.

Intermediate Tumbling & Trampoline.

60 min class. Emphasis on intermediate-level tumbling skills used in gymnastics, tumbling, and trampoline. Must be able to do basic tumbling skills including a tick-tock (handstand to bridge, kick over), front walkover, and back walkover unassisted.

Advanced Tumbling & Trampoline.
Co-ed. Ages 7 and up
(2nd grade and up) |
90 min class. Emphasis on intermediate and advanced tumbling skills used in gymnastics, tumbling, and trampoline. Must be able to do basic power tumbling skills including a round off, back handspring (flip flop) on the floor unassisted.
