Only registered students are allowed in the class. A senior instructor conducts classes to help parents and caregivers provide safe, effective instruction. |
| Young Mini-Stars.
Co-ed. Ages 3 ½ to 4 ½

45 min class. Young Mini-Star is the first structured introductory gymnastics class designed for children ready to participate without a parent or caregiver on the floor. Students must remain in the classroom during practice time.Building from the Parent-Tot class, this class adds more coach-led instruction, basic gymnastics terminology, and age-appropriate skill development. Students practice running, jumping, climbing, landing, balancing, and coordination activities while learning to follow directions, take turns, gain confidence, and build self-control in a fun environment. |
| Mini-Stars
Co-ed. Ages 4 ½ to 6
(Pre-School and Kindergarten) |
60 min class. Mini-Stars is the first structured introductory gymnastics class. Students are required to remain in the classroom during practice time.Through repetitive skill training, students learn basic gymnastics skills and terminology – including floor skills such as handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs, and rolls (forward and backward), plus beginning bar skills that build strength. Balance and coordination activities help students gain confidence, focus, and self-control. |
| Beginner Stars
Co-ed. Ages 6 to 9

60 min class. Beginner Stars is a structure-based class for girls and boys entering 1st through 3rd grade.Through repetitive skill training. Students learn gymnastics terminology and develop foundational skills in floor exercises, beginner bar strength, balance beam, and coordination. As they progress, students build confidence and self-control, strengthen fundamental techniques, and gain opportunities to advance their skills. |
| Advanced Beginner Stars
Co-ed. Ages 6 to 9

60 min class. Advanced Beginner Stars is a structure-based class for girls building from the Beginner Stars class. This coach recommended class is for students who can follow directions, stay focused, and pay attention to details through repetitive skill training. While this is not a formal competitive team, students will learn skills from Level 1 competitive routines and have an opportunity to perform in an exhibition. |
| Girls Fast Track
Girls Only. Ages 6 to 9

90 min class. Girls Fast Track is a structured, coach-recommended class is for girls advancing from the Advanced Beginner Stars level. Students must follow directions, stay focused, and pay attention to details through repetitive skill training. Although this is not a formal competitive team, students will learn skills from Level 2 competitive routines and have an opportunity to perform in an exhibition. |
| Girls All-Stars 1
Girls Only. Ages 9 and up

90 min class. Girls All-Stars 1 is a structure-based class for ages 9 and up. It is designed to cater to students of all skill levels. Through repetitive skill training. Students learn gymnastics terminology and develop foundational skills in floor exercises, beginner bar strength, balance beam, and coordination. As they progress, students build confidence and self-control, strengthen fundamental techniques, and gain opportunities to advance their skills. |
| Girls All-Stars 2
Girls Only. Ages 9 and up
(4th grade and up) |
120 min class. Girls All-Stars 2 is a structured, coach-recommended class for girls advancing from the Girls Fast Track level. Students must follow directions, stay focused, and pay attention to details through repetitive skill training. While this is not a formally competitive team, skills from Level 3 & 4 competitive routines will be introduced, and there will be an opportunity for an exhibition. |
| Pre-Team (Special Invitation Only)
Girls Only. Ages 6 and up
($200 per month) |
120 min class twice weekly (4hrs per week). Pre-Team is a structured coach-recommended program that introduces athletes to competitive-style gymnastics training. The program focuses on repetitive skill training, proper technique, and building a strong foundation for girls interested in progressing towards a team environment. Although Pre-Team is not a formal competitive level, athletes will be introduced to entry-level competition pathways, including Levels 2-4 and Xcel.
Program details: Students must stay focused during training, demonstrate coachability, develop independence at stations, and build good work habits, as well as overall readiness for competitive program expectations. Participants will also have opportunities to showcase their progress through special exhibitions and performances.

| Tumbling & Trampoline.
Co-ed. Ages 6 and up |
60 min class. Tumbling & Trampoline is a structure-based class for ages 6 and up with emphasis on general tumbling skills used in gymnastics, tumbling, cheerleading, and trampoline. Through repetitive skill training, students learn tumbling and trampoline terminology and develop foundational floor skills including handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, forward rolls, backward rolls, and bridges to advance their tumbling and connect skills. Classes are scheduled separately by age (Tumbling1: 6-9 year olds and Tumbling 2: 10 years and up). |
