- Cancellation Policy: Students are enrolled in our AutoPay program and monthly tuition will continued to be billed from September through May on the 25th of each month until the class is formally dropped. To drop a class, you must submit a written request via email to tristarforestpark@gmail.com by the 20th of the month in order to avoid payment for the subsequent month. At this time we will not be able to offer refunds or prorate for dropping a class mid-month.
-
- No child may participate without proof of primary health/accident insurance coverage. A current waiver must be signed each year in the FALL. Tri-Star Gymnastics assumes that any parent/guardian whose child participates in sports activities has taken steps to assure there is medical or accident insurance to cover potential injury to the child.
-
- Students will not be permitted to attend class if they are more than 15 minutes late or if they are not properly dressed for safe participation.
-
- Make-up policy: Students who registered for the Spring 2020 session were offered a class credit for their spring tuition (pro-rated for 12 weeks). This credit can be applied dollar for dollar to any Tri-Star class or camp. In these unprecedented times (related to COVID-19), we are currently unable to accommodate makeup sessions for missed classes due to the need to keep class rosters consistent and prevent mixing of students together. There is no fee credit for missed classes except for a class cancelled by Tri-Star. Please contact our office with any additional questions about these policies.
-
- There is a $15 service charge for each returned check or declined credit card payment.
-
- We want your children to take advantage of their time in the gym. As a result, parents are asked not to try to speak with their child’s instructors during the regularly scheduled classes. Wait until the end of class to ask questions or telephone the gym and leave a message for the coach to call you back.
-
- A single adult caregiver may observe their student from the bleacher area, but are not allowed to coach their children from the side-lines during class; nor are they or any guest allowed on any equipment. When using the washroom, you must use the designated walk-way; do not walk under the bars. Because 6ft of social distancing must be maintained in our spectator area during the COVID-19 epidemic, bleacher seating is limited. All visitors will be expected to complete a health screening and wear a mask while inside the facility. We have contracted with Spot TV to provide password-protected remote viewing for parents in order to ensure all parents can observe their children even when the bleacher area has reached capacity. We cannot accommodate any siblings or additional visitors at this time.
-
- When children are dismissed from class, they must remain inside the building until they are picked up. If you would prefer that the coach escort your child to your car, please contact the office at tristarforestpark@gmail.com. Children may not run up and down the sidewalks before or after class. At this time we cannot accommodate any siblings or other visitors inside the facility.
-
- You will be contacted if a coach recommends that your child be moved to a more appropriate class level. Children will be dropped from a class if their behavior interferes with safety or is chronically disruptive.
-
- Students should arrive dressed and ready for class (appropriate attire, long hair pulled back and secured). Each student should present for class with a bag or backpack for their personal belongings. This bag should contain hand sanitizer and any personal equipment they may need for class. All students must wear a facemask throughout their time in the gym, regardless of vaccination status. Please do not send your children to class with money, valuable jewelry or any other treasured item.
-
- TSG is a smoke-free and alcohol-free environment.

- Photographs are occasionally taken of classes and participants and will be used in our annual yearbook and on our website. Please contact the office if you do not want your child included in the yearbook, website, or on social media.
