policies

    • Automatic Monthly Payments:  All members are required to enroll in Autopay with a credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) on file to enroll in classes, camps, or teams. Tuition for the next month is due before the 25th of the preceding month. Any account balance not paid by the 25th will be processed to the card on file on the 25th (or the next business day if it is a weekend or holiday). Any declined payment will be charged a $15 decline fee and must be remedied by the 25th day of the month or you risk losing your spot to a waitlisted student. WE DO NOT INVOICE. Monthly tuition reminders will not be sent. We will notify you by email if your tuition cannot be processed. Please use your online customer portal to view account balances.

    • There is a non-refundable Annual Registration Fee of $25 for all students

    • Changing Class/Program: Students may change class at any time as long as there is room in the desired class. Tuition increase may apply.

    • Cancellation Policy: Students are enrolled in our AutoPay program and monthly tuition will continued to be billed from September through May on the 25th of each month until the class is formally dropped. To drop a class, you must submit a written request via email to tristarforestpark@gmail.com by the 20th of the month in order to avoid payment for the subsequent month. At this time we will not be able to offer refunds or prorate for dropping a class mid-month. We do not charge more for “long” months or less for “short” months. Tuition is based on an average of 4 weeks per month.

    • No child may participate without proof of primary health/accident insurance coverage. A current waiver must be signed each year in the FALL. Tri-Star Gymnastics assumes that any parent/guardian whose child participates in sports activities has taken steps to assure there is medical or accident insurance to cover potential injury to the child.

    • Students will not be permitted to attend class if they are more than 15 minutes late or if they are not properly dressed for safe participation.

    • Make-up policy: Students who miss a class can arrange for a make-up in one of our Family Fun classes.  There is no fee credit for missed classes except for a class cancelled by Tri-Star. Please contact our office with any additional questions about these policies.

    • There is a $15 service charge for each returned check or declined credit card payment.

    • We want your children to take advantage of their time in the gym. As a result, parents are asked not to try to speak with their child’s instructors during the regularly scheduled classes. Wait until the end of class to ask questions or telephone the gym and leave a message for the coach to call you back.

    • While caregivers are welcome to observe class from our spectator viewing area, bleacher seating is limited. We have contracted with Spot TV to provide password-protected remote viewing for parents in order to ensure all parents can observe their children even when the bleacher area has reached capacity.

    • When children are dismissed from class, they must remain inside the building until they are picked up. If you would prefer that the coach escort your child to your car, please contact the office at tristarforestpark@gmail.com. Children may not run up and down the sidewalks before or after class.

    •  You will be contacted if a coach recommends that your child be moved to a more appropriate class level. Children will be dropped from a class if their behavior interferes with safety or is chronically disruptive.

    • Students should arrive dressed and ready for class (appropriate attire, long hair pulled back and secured). Each student should present for class with a bag or backpack for their personal belongings. This bag should contain hand sanitizer and any personal equipment they may need for class. All students must wear a facemask throughout their time in the gym, regardless of vaccination status.  Please do not send your children to class with money, valuable jewelry or any other treasured item.

    • TSG is a smoke-free and alcohol-free environment.

    • Photographs are occasionally taken of classes and participants and will be used in our annual yearbook and on our website. Please contact the office if you do not want your child included in the yearbook, website, or on social media.
